Family Vacations are made most memorable at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament! A crown of color is placed upon your head and this color-coded theme indicates your seating in the stadium, and most importantly, the knight you must cheer on throughout the evening.   The audience enjoys an appealing storyline with King Felipe, his heroic son Prince Tristan and 6 knights from across the King’s realm, all gathering to win the affection of Princess Catalina, by engaging in an intense battle, and of course to attain the glory of earning the title of tournament champion! While enjoying a "hands-on" feast the audience is entertained by the beautiful Andalusian stallions as they challenge gravity with power and grace.  

The night continues with exhilarating swordplay, displaying astonishing strength and skill as they compete in an overwhelming physical combat, in the tournament arena. A good time in this spellbinding adventure is ensured to all spectators who leave the show, taking memorable moments with them! An engaging story of love, romance and castle intrigue complements the fast-paced action of the tournament, strung together to weave an unforgettable story.

The bold knights are coupled by equally impressive animal performers. The Master of Horse teamed with stunning Spanish horses, demonstrate unmatched skill and valor.
Medieval royalty has always harbored greater love and preference for Spanish horses for their even tempers and might in battle and the fantastic horsemanship of the knights and their steeds have kept the tradition alive till today. The Royal Falconer lets his powerful birds of prey fly above the arena and amaze the audience with their swiftness, liveliness, and beauty.

A tournament is incomplete without a royal feast and a hearty meal is presented to al noble guests in the following menu: toasted garlic bread, tomato bisque, oven-roasted chicken, spare rib, herb-basted potato, coffee and beverages, and the castle's specialty pastry for dessert for all! The meal is eaten in genuine medieval style without silverware!
